Sportsworld announces that it will apply to the London Stock Exchange and the
UK Listing Authority for admission of 14,903 new ordinary shares in
Sportsworld ("new Ordinary Shares") to (i) the Official List and (ii) trading
on the London Stock Exchange's markets for listed securities ("Admission").
The new Ordinary Shares have been issued in part consideration for the
acquisition of Paterson Associates ("Paterson"). The remaining consideration
will be satisfied by the payment to the vendors of AUS$350,000 in cash on
completion.

Paterson is an Australian company that manages a number of events and
properties on behalf of major sponsor clients such as American Express.
Paterson has worked closely with Australian Media Holdings Pty Limited
("AMH"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Sportsworld, and the directors of
Sportsworld believe that it will be beneficial to the business of AMH now to
acquire Paterson.
