The Company was informed today that Advance AIM Value Realisation Company 
Limited ("AIMVARC") has acquired an additional interest in 5,124,698 ordinary 
shares in the capital of the Company. AIMVARC is now interested in 6,642,698 
ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, representing 12.82 per cent. of 
the entire issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

AIMVARC shareholding is registered in the name of Nortrust Nominees Limited.
