2017 Annual Report and Notice of 2018 Annual General Meeting
Staffline confirms that the Annual Report for the year ended
31st December 2017 has been posted to shareholders, together with
the Notice of 2018 Annual General Meeting and associated form of
proxy.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at PeoplePlus
Offices, Floor 6, Edmund House, 12-22 Newhall St, Birmingham, B3
3EW on Thursday 17th May 2018 at 11.00am.
Subject to shareholder approval at the AGM, a final dividend of
15.7p will be payable on Tuesday 3 July 2018, to shareholders on
the register on Friday 1 June 2018, giving a full year dividend for
the year ended 31 December 2017 of 26.7p. The ex-dividend date is
Thursday 31 May 2018.
