                         MANAGEMENT CHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT


SPG Media Group PLC announces that its finance director, Derek Watson, plans to
step down from the board on 8th April 2005.  Mr. Watson has played a significant
role in the group and the board thanks him for his contribution over the years.


Mr. John Brocklebank, an experienced interim finance director, recently joined
the company and will take over all financial responsibilities until a successor
is recruited.
