Salt Lake Potash Limited (the Company) advises that a General Meeting of the Company will be held at the Conference Room, Ground Floor, BGC Centre, 28 The Esplanade, Perth, Western Australia on Wednesday 23 September 2020 at 2:00 pm (WST).

The Meeting will consider a number of matters, including approval to issue shares on conversion of the Equatorial Resources Limited convertible notes (refer announcement 14 August 2020) , approval to issue options to Taurus Mining Finance Fund No.2 L.P pursuant to the project financing mandate (refer announcement 5 August 2020) and approval to issue 370,000 Salt Lake ordinary shares to a Director, Mr Matthew Bungey, in settlement of consultancy fees (refer announcement 14 August 2020).

The Notice of General Meeting will be sent to shareholders shortly and is available for download on the Company's website: www.so4.com.au .

Retail Entitlement Offer Closing Date

The fully underwritten pro rata non-renounceable entitlement offer (Retail Entitlement Offer), closes at 5:00pm (WST) on Tuesday, 25 August 2020.

Depositary Interest (DI) holders are reminded the latest time for settlement of relevant CREST instructions under the Retail Entitlement Offer, as announced on 6 August 2020, is 11.00am (BST) today, 24 August 2020.
