Grant of Options

Stanley Gibbons announces that on 27 January 2014 the following options over ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company were granted to Executive Directors for nil consideration under the Company's 2010 Share Option Plan. The share options, which were granted to Directors and senior executives at the closing mid-market price on Friday 24 January 2014 of GBP3.63 per share (the "Grant"), are exercisable subject to the extent that absolute total shareholder return growth performance targets are met, measured over a three year period from the date of grant.
