On the 3rd July 2007 the Company was notified that, on the 1st July following a
position transfer in connection with consolidation of investment activities of
entities affiliated with The Tudor Group, The Tudor BVI Global Portfolio L.P.'s
holding is now 12,481,544 shares (5.78%), which constitutes the entire holding
by The Tudor Group.
