    Appointment of Company Secretary

    The Company is pleased to announce that Mr Martin Cope has been appointed as Company Secretary of Reflec plc.  Mr Cope is also the
Company's Financial Controller and is a Chartered Certified Accountant.

    Mr Cope replaces Mr Iain Leighton. The Company would like to thank Mr Leighton for his service as Company Secretary.
