    Director's Dealings

    The Company announces that it has received notification of the following Directors' dealings made on 9 September 2008:

    *     Mr Tim Robinson, non-executive chairman, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 18p per share.

    Following this purchase, the total holding of Tim Robinson in the Company amounts to 200,500 ordinary shares (representing approximately
1.80 per cent of the issued share capital).

    *     Mr Paul Holdcroft, group managing director, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 18p per share.

    Following this purchase, the total holding of Paul Holdcroft in the Company amounts to 25,666 ordinary shares (representing
approximately 0.23 per cent of the issued share capital).

    *     Mr John Kinder, executive finance director, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 18p per share.

    Following this purchase, the total holding of John Kinder in the Company amounts to 20,000 ordinary shares (representing approximately
0.18 per cent of the issued share capital).

    *     Dr Brian Sagar, non-executive director, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 18p per share.

    Following this purchase, the total holding of Dr Brian Sagar in the Company amounts to 34,178 ordinary shares (representing
approximately 0.31 per cent of the issued share capital).

    *     Mr Jason James, non-executive director, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 18p per share.

    Following this purchase, the total holding of Jason James in the Company amounts to 175,000 ordinary shares (representing approximately
1.57 per cent of the issued share capital).
