                     APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS

The Directors of Reflec are pleased to announce that Mr Jason Christopher James
and Mr Timothy Mark Robinson have been appointed to the Board as non-executive
directors commencing with immediate effect.

Mr James, aged 38, is a senior professional technology engineer with the
Ministry of Defence. He holds a degree in electronic engineering and is an
experienced project manager with extensive knowledge in high budget production,
design and research, quality and commercial projects.

Mr Robinson, aged 35, is a graduate of Lancaster University Management School
and a holder of a diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of
Marketing. Tim is an experienced management consultant with particular strengths
in marketing and financial management.

Tim Hearley, Executive Chairman of Reflec, commented, "We believe that Jason and
Tim will greatly assist in the future development of the Group and add
significant value to the Board. They are both long-term and significant
shareholders in Reflec with a combined shareholding representing 3.1% of the
Company."

Mr James has an interest in 158,000 ordinary shares representing approximately
1.4 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company and Mr Robinson has an
interest in 190,500 ordinary shares representing approximately 1.7 per cent. of
the issued share capital of the Company.

Mr Robinson is a principal of T. Robinson T/A Management & Marketing Associates
and T. Robinson T/A Recognition Plaques and was previously an Executive Officer
of the Charity Groundwork Tameside Limited and a Director of Urban Progress
Community Interest Company Limited. There are no further details in relation to
the above appointment which require disclosure under paragraph (g) (iii) to
(viii) of Schedule 2 to the AIM Rules.
