                            Director's Shareholding


The Company was informed on 28 August 2007 that the Tim Hearley, Executive
Chairman of Reflec has purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 24
August 2007 at a price of 29p per share.

Following this purchase Mr Hearley now holds 94,000 ordinary shares representing
approximately 0.8 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
