Company Update

Further to the Company's announcement released on 14 May 2019, the Company now expects to publish its annual accounts for the financial year ending on 31 December 2018 by Thursday 6 June 2019. Deloitte LLP has confirmed to the Board that the valuation audit procedures required to finalise the audit are substantially complete and only certain technical issues remain outstanding.

The Company's ordinary shares will remain suspended pending publication of the annual accounts following which the Company will request the suspension be lifted.
