 to seek shareholder approval for an increased authority to issue shares,

A circular is being sent to shareholders today containing a notice convening a 
General Meeting of the Company to be held at 30 Clarendon Road, Watford, WD17 
1JJ on 2 November 2009 at 9.00 a.m. Shareholders will also receive a proxy 
form which should be returned to the offices of the Company's registrars, Capita 
Registrars, Proxies Department, The Registry, 34 Beckenham Road, Beckenham, Kent 
BR3 4TU so as to be received no later than 9.00 a.m. on 31 October 2009.
