Result of General Meeting

The Company is pleased to report that at the General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed. As a consequence, the 100,000,000 Placing Shares referred to in the announcement on 13 October 2015 have been issued and allotted and trading in these shares on AIM is expected to commence on 2 November 2015. In addition, Steven Hodgetts has been appointed to the Board of Directors and the Company has adopted its new investing policy, also described in the announcement of 13 October 2015.
