PC Medics Group Plc ("PC Medics" or "the Company") announces that Pete Paterson,
a director of the Company, has lent the Company #270,000 on an unsecured basis.
The Company is proposing to raise additional funds for working capital and it is
intended that this loan will be converted into ordinary shares in the Company as
and when the fundraising is completed.  The fundraising is likely to require
shareholders' approval.
