Issue of equity
PROACTIS Holdings PLC ("PROACTIS", the "Group" or the
"Company"), the specialist Spend Control software provider, today
announces that 40,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the share
capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") have been issued and
allotted pursuant to the exercise of share options by
employees.
Application has been made for the 40,000 new Ordinary Shares to
be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and dealings are
expected to commence on 9 April 2014. The new Ordinary Shares will
rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares.
The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue following Admission
will be 36,311,373, with each share carrying the right to one vote.
There are 63,777 Ordinary Shares held in Treasury. Accordingly, the
figure of 36,247,596 may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest
in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules.
