PROACTIS, the specialist Spend Control software provider, announces that its
report & accounts for the year ended 31 July 2007 were posted to shareholders on
25 January 2008. Copies of the report & accounts can be downloaded from
Proactis' website www.proactis.com.
The Annual General Meeting of Proactis will be held at 9.30am on 18 February
2008 at the offices of Walker Morris, Kings Court, 12 King Street, Leeds LS1
2HL.
