Notifications of interest

The Company has been informed by a letter dated 14 June 2006 that Artemis
Investment Management Limited, and certain of its subsidiary companies, is
interested in 930,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares"),
which represents a holding of 3.09% of the total issued share capital of
30,122,810 Shares ("Total Shares").

The Company has also been informed by a letter dated 2 June 2006 that INVESCO
PERPETUAL AiM VCT PLC is interested in 930,000 Shares, which represents a
holding of 3.09% of the Total Shares. The Shares are registered in the name of
Chase Nominees Limited.

In a letter dated 5 June 2006, the Company was informed that ISIS EP LLP is
interested in 4,650,000 Shares through client holdings, which represents a
holding of 15.44% of the Total Shares.
