Top Up Offer 
 
Octopus Titan VCT 1 plc announces that on 30 April 2012, 38,897 Ordinary Shares 
of 10p each were issued and allotted to 16 subscribers at a price of 97.8 pence 
per share pursuant to the Top Offer that opened on 3 January 2012. 
 
This is the final allotment under the Top up offer which is now closed. 
 
Applications 
 
Octopus Titan VCT 1 plc further announces that on 30 April 2012, 49,621 Ordinary 
Shares of 10p each were issued and allotted to 6 applicants at a price of 97.8 
pence per share. 
 
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of the new 
shares.   Admission is expected to become effective on or around 10 May 2012. 
 
The issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now: 
17,591,427 Ordinary Shares.
