1 plc notifies the market of the following: 
 
Octopus Titan VCT 1 plc's capital as at 28 February 2011 consists of 16,241,498 
Ordinary Shares with a nominal value of 10 pence each, with voting rights. 
 
The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury. 
 
Therefore,  the total  number of  voting rights  in Octopus  Titan VCT  1 plc is 
16,241,498 
 
The  figure of 16,241,498 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the 
calculations  by which they will determine if  they are required to notify their 
interest in, or a change to their interest in, Octopus Titan VCT 1 plc under the 
FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
