Octopus Titan VCT 1 plc announces that on 21 February 2011 the Company purchased 
for cancellation 113,004 Ordinary shares at a price of 86.2p per share. 
 
Following this transaction, the issued share capital of the Company is now 
16,241,498 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 10p each, with voting rights. 
The Company holds no shares in Treasury.
