Issue of Equity 
 
Octopus Titan VCT 1 plc announces that at a board meeting held on 6 August 
2010, 737,621 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each were issued and allotted to 56 
subscribers at a price of 92.9 pence per share for cash. 28,392 ordinary shares 
were issued and allotted to Matt Cooper, who is a Director of Octopus Titan VCT 
1 plc. 
 
Application for the new shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK 
Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for 
listed securities will be made at the earliest practical opportunity. 
 
The issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now 
16,354,502 Ordinary Shares.
