Oryx International Growth Fund Limited have been advised that following the
repurchase of shares by the Company on 23 February 2004, British Empire
Securities and General Trust plc now hold 17.12% of the share capital of the
Company; their Shareholding remains 1,350,000 shares.

The Shares are registered in the name of JP Morgan CREST A/c BT01C.
