Watermark Group plc has received notification that Oryx International Growth
Fund Limited has a notifiable interest of 1,400,000 ordinary 1p shares in the
Company, which represents 3.14% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital
of the Company. The shares are held in the name of HSBC Security Services
(Guernsey) Limited. The current number of ordinary shares in issue is
44,573,817.
