This holding represents 5.02% of your current issued share capital of
649,411,967 as supplied to us by Extel.

The interests are being disclosed on behalf of Norwich Union plc (As the
ultimate holding company of the Norwich Union Group of Companies) and the other
companies referred to in this letter of notice.
