COMPANIES ACT 1985 - DISCLOSURE OF INTERESTS IN SHARES

We have been notified in accordance with Sections 198 of the above Act that
there has been a change in Electra Investment Trust Plc's shareholding in our
company.

They sold 250,000 ordinary shares of 10p each on 21st September 2000 and now no
longer has a notifiable interest in the ordinary 10p shares of Network
Technology plc.
