Ridgecrest PLC said Thursday that London Stock Exchange PLC informed the company that it continues to monitor the settlement performance of the company's ordinary shares, and that when it improves trading in the company's shares will be restored.

On Jan. 28, Ridgecrest's trading was temporarily suspended due to issues related with the settlement of shares, after Ridgecrest reported the issue of new shares conditional on shareholder consent.
