Appointment of Director

Mulberry is pleased to announce the appointment of Guy
Gibson Rutherford to the board of Mulberry.

Mr. Rutherford, 34, who joined Mulberry in January 1999
will be appointed Group Finance Director, with effect
from 30 September 1999.
