Peter Griffin, Sales and Marketing Director, has tendered
his  resignation  as  a director of Mulberry  Group  plc,
which the board has reluctantly accepted.
 
His  position  will not be replaced. Instead,  divisional
sales  and  marketing directors will report  directly  to
Roger Saul.
 
The  Board would like to record their sincere thanks  and
appreciation for his contribution to the company.
