market abuse, Mattioli Woods (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth
management and employee benefits business, announces that on 9
April 2019 Link Market Services Limited ("Link") purchased Ordinary
Shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on behalf
of certain PDMRs and persons closely associated with PDMRs pursuant
