                               Additional Listing


Application has been made for 70,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing
Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.  The Ordinary Shares are
being issued pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's Alexander
Proudfoot Non Statutory Executive Option Plan. Admission is expected to become
effective on 25 June 2002
