The Company received a notification dated 2 May 2006 from Morgan Stanley
Securities Limited ("MSSL") informing it that, on 27 April 2006, MSSL acquired
an interest in the shares that resulted in a total holding of 5,736,669 ordinary
shares representing 3.02% of the issued share capital of the Company.
