Notification in accordance with Section 198 - 202 of the Companies Act 1985

The Company received a notification dated 21 November 2005 from UBS AG informing
it that at close of business on 18 November 2005 UBS AG, acting through its
business group and legal entities, had a total interest in 12,480,764 ordinary
shares representing 6.59%.

The Company received a further notification from UBS AG dated 22 November 2005
informing it that, at close of business on 21 November 2005, UBS AG, acting
through its business group and legal entities, had a total interest in 9,864,675
ordinary shares representing 5.21%.
