The Corporation has been notified of the following transaction in the Corporation's Ordinary 5p shares (the "Shares") undertaken by a director / person discharging managerial responsibility ('PDMR') on 1 September 2021 in accordance with the rules of The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. Sharesave Option Plan ("SAYE").

The SAYE allows eligible employees to apply for an option to acquire shares in the Corporation by saving a regular amount over the course of five years. The number of Shares granted under each SAYE Award is calculated using the cumulative amount of savings over that period divided by the option price of GBP7.78. The option price was set by the Board using the mid-closing price of the Ordinary Shares on 3 August 2021, the day before invitations were sent to eligible employees, in accordance with the plan rules. Options granted in 2021 may be exercised within six months of 1 October 2026.
