The Company was informed on 12 May 2006 that on that date Apostman Holdings Pty
Ltd sold 200,000 ordinary shares in the  capital of the Company at an average of
24.5 pence per share. Stacey Apostolou, a director of the Company, has a 
beneficial interest in Apostman Holdings Pty Ltd. As a result of this
transaction Ms Apostolou is beneficially  interested in 300,000 ordinary shares
in the capital of the Company, representing 0.2% of the Company's entire issued 
share capital.
