                             Disposal of Shares 
LonZim announces that it has  sold 40.5 million ordinary shares in Lonrho plc, 
the AIM Listed African focussed investment Company,  at a price of 7 pence per 
share for a total consideration of GBP2.83m. The proceeds of the disposal will 
be used to pursue LonZim's investing strategy and for general working capital 
purposes. 
Based on the average purchase price of these shares the net profit on the 
disposal is approximately GBP807,000. 
Following this disposal LonZim's holding in Lonrho plc is 19.18 million ordinary 
shares representing 2.51 % of the issued share capital.
