Leisure & Gaming plc announces that 24,874 new ordinary shares of 25p each (the
'New Ordinary Shares') have been issued and allotted upon the exercise of share
options.

Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading
on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange.

Following the admission to trading of the New Ordinary Shares, the Company will
have 63,945,152 ordinary shares of 25p each in issue.
