Libertas Capital Group plc (AIM: LBR) ("Libertas Capital" or "the Company"), the
financial services firm which trades on AIM, a market operated by the London
Stock Exchange (AIM), is pleased to announce that Libertas Capital Corporate
Finance Limited has completed a capital reorganisation of Aspen Clean Fuels
Limited ("ACF"), a company  specialising in the clean fuel market.



Libertas Capital, as part of this capital reorganisation, now owns a 40% stake
in ACF. ACF was established to acquire the entire issued share capital of Aspen
Invest AB ("Aspen"), a market leader for alkylate fuel, an environmentally
friendly fuel for use in small, motorised tools such as chainsaws and lawnmowers
and other two-stroke and four-stroke engines. Aspen is based in Sweden and has
sales into some 13 European markets. ACF has acquired Aspen for a consideration
of SEK 80 million (#5.9m) funded by bank senior debt of SEK 60 million (#4.4m)
and equity and preferred equity of SEK 20 million (#1.5m).



The audited accounts of Aspen for the year ended 31st December 2004 show revenue
of SEK183million (#13.5m) and profit before tax of SEK17million (#1.2m). The
shareholders of ACF are currently exploring avenues to enhance the prospects and
value of ACF.



Commenting on the announcement, Jakob Kinde, Executive Chairman of Libertas
