The Company announces that on 26 September 2007 it was advised of the following
dealing by a director of the Company in ordinary shares of 2.5p in the Company
("Shares").


Mr Christopher Brian Powell-Smith, the Chairman of the Company, purchased 10,000
Shares at 50.0p per Share on 24 September 2007. Following this purchase, Mr
Powell-Smith is interested in 30,000 Shares, representing approximately 0.05% of
the issued share capital of the Company.
