The company announces that on 31 May 2007 the following executive directors were
granted awards over ordinary shares in the company of 2.5p nominal value
("Shares") under the company's Long Term Incentive Plan 2006 as nil-cost
options. The awards will be exercisable, subject to performance conditions,
between 31 May 2010 and 30 August 2011. No consideration was paid for the grant
of the awards.

Name: Nicholas Philip Stone

Number of Shares over which award granted: 63,840


Following the above transactions, Mr Bright is interested in 145,843 Shares,
representing approximately 0.26% of the issued share capital of the Company, and
holds options over 443,538 Shares.


Following the above transactions, Mr Stone is interested in 113,846 Shares,
representing approximately 0.20% of the issued share capital of the Company, and
holds options over 358,434 Shares.
