The Company announces that on 1 May 2007 the following dealings took place by
directors in ordinary shares of 2.5p in the Company ("Shares").


Mr William George Bright, the Chief Executive of the Company, acquired Shares
following the exercise of options as follows:


Number of Shares:           115,221
Exercise price per Share:   #0.025

Number of Shares:           4,197
Exercise price per Share:   #0.335


Following the above transactions, Mr Bright is interested in 145,843 Shares,
representing approximately 0.27% of the issued share capital of the Company, and
holds options over 374,505 Shares.

Mr Nicholas Philip Stone, the Operations and Finance Director of the Company,
acquired 103,846 Shares following the exercise of options. The exercise price
per Share was #0.025.

Mr Stone disposed of 17,000 Shares at #0.45 per Share.

Following the above transactions, Mr Stone is interested in 113,846 Shares,
representing approximately 0.21% of the issued share capital of the Company, and
holds options over 294,594 Shares.
