were granted awards over ordinary shares in the company of 2.5p nominal value
under the company's Long Term Incentive Plan 2006 as nil-cost options. The
awards will be exercisable, subject to performance conditions, between 17 April
2010 and 16 July 2011. No consideration was paid for the grant of the awards.
