Block Admission Application

An application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a block admission
for 2,821,068 ordinary shares of 2.5p each to be admitted to trading on the
AIM market upon their issuance. The shares will rank pari passu with the
existing issued ordinary shares.
The block admission consists of ordinary shares to be issued from the following
incentive schemes :

682,950 (KBC Discretionary Share Option Scheme)
2,138,118 (KBC Long Term Incentive Plan)
2,821,068
