is over 1,726,648 shares, registered in the name of JTC Trustees Ltd Acc 0833,
representing 3.20 per cent of the Company's issued share capital, and the
overall beneficial interests of Anna Margaret Krikorian & Krikor Vahe Krikorian
are as listed above, representing less than 3% of the Company's issued share
capital.
