in KBC shares under Section 198 Companies Act 1985 ("The Act"), holding 
7,392,500 ordinary 2.5p shares in KBC, representing 13.69% of the issued share 
capital of the Company. These shares are represented by a beneficial interest of
95,000 (0.18%) shares and a non-beneficial interest of 7,297,500 (13.52%)shares.
