As of 9 October 2007, Baker Steel Capital Managers LLP of 86 Jermyn Street,
London SW1Y 6JD, held a total of 1,512,000 ordinary shares in the Company, which
represents 5.12 per cent of the issued share capital of 29,538,333 ordinary
shares in the Company.
