The Company was advised on 23 September 2004 that ISIS Asset Management plc, a
member of the Friends Provident group, had disposed of 3,000,000 ordinary shares
of the Company on behalf of its client, The AIM VCT 2 Trust, on 21 September
2004.

Following the above disposal, ISIS Asset Management plc remains interested in
13,666,000 ordinary shares of the Company, registered in the name of Chase
Nominees Limited, which represents 13.67 per cent. of the issued share capital
of the Company.

The Company was also advised on 23 September 2004 that Southwind Limited had
acquired 3,000,000 ordinary shares of the Company.

Southwind Limited has an interest in 3,000,000 ordinary shares of the Company,
representing 3.00 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
