Inspicio plc (the "Company")



The Company received notification on 13 October 2005 that, following the recent
placing, Henderson Global Investors and its associated companies (acting as an
agent for its discretionary clients) now hold, directly and indirectly,
5,000,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company
which represents approximately 9.09 per cent. of the Company's issued capital of
55,000,000 Ordinary Shares.
