IndigoVision Group plc ("the Company") announces that it received notification
today from UBS Investment Bank ("UBS-IB") that UBS-IB, a business group of UBS
AG had, as at 6th February 2004, a notifiable interest in 722,629 Ordinary
Shares of 1p each in the Company representing approximately 10.44% of the issued
Ordinary Share Capital.  These interests were held by UBS-IB as beneficial owner
in the ordinary course of its trading activities and included 722,629 Ordinary
Shares held for hedging purposes in relation to contracts for difference entered
into with clients.


As an update to the foregoing, IndigoVision Group plc ("the Company") announces
that it received further notification today from UBS Investment Bank ("UBS-IB")
that UBS-IB, a business group of UBS AG now has, as at 9th February 2004, a
notifiable interest in 622,629 Ordinary Sharesof 1p each in the Company
representing approximately 8.99% of the issued Ordinary Share Capital.  These
interests are held by UBS-IB as beneficial owner in the ordinary course of its
trading activities and include 622,629 Ordinary Shares held for hedging purposes
in relation to contracts for difference entered into with clients.
