IndigoVision Group plc ("the Company") announces that following an exercise of
options on 16 January 2007 by Marcus Kneen, Director, at an exercise price of
36p per share, it has allotted 35,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company.
These Ordinary Shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued
Ordinary Shares in the Company. Application has been made to the London Stock
Exchange for these shares to be quoted on AIM and it is expected that dealings
will commence on Monday 22 January 2007.
